Am 27.06.2025 hatte ich mein Fahrzeug VW Passat Highline in dieser Werkstatt zum Service und Pickerl .
Am Nachmittag rief mich ein Mechaniker an....mein rechter Hinterreifen muss erneuert werden.
Ich kannte jedoch den Zustand meiner Reifen ( habe jahrelange Erfahrung mit Autoreifen )...und sagte, die Reifen sind okay und man sollte mir das zeigen, ich komme vorbei.
Als ich den Schlüssel im Büro abholte, sagte
- zu meiner Verwunderung - die Bürodame:
Der Reifen ist kaputt, aber es wird eh keine negative Meldung gemacht.?
Als ich nachfragte meinte sie: wenn sie eine negative Meldung machen würde, würde mich die Polizei nicht mehr in Ruhe lassen!
Na dann ging es zum Auto - ich begutachtete die Reifen und sah kein Problem.
Dann kam Herr Poller mit einem Angestellten und wollte mir wieder einreden dass der Reifen zu wenig Profil hätte und er mir so das Pickerl nicht geben könnte, weil nämlich die Gefahr bestünde, daß der Reifen platzt.
Es löst sich nämlich die Stahlvermantelung und deshalb besteht eben Platzgefahr.
Habe so einen technischen Schwachsinn noch nie gehört.
Da ich sehr ungern streite bin ich ohne Comment gefahren.
Trotzdem bin ich heute zum ÖAMTC nach Eugendorf gefahren und habe die Reifen begutachteten lassen
Man stellte fest: Die Reifen sind okay und bekomme ich dort mit diesen Reifen das Pickerl.
FAZIT:
Entweder ist man so gierig, immerhin kostet die Entsorgung PRO Altreifen € 45,00
( beim Recycling-Hof Henndorf € 3,00 ),
oder man hat es so nötig,
oder man ist so incompetent,
oder man ist echt so dumm und glaubt jemanden so erpressen zu können.
Jedenfalls verliert man so Kunden und mich mit 3 Fahrzeugen sowieso.

Total unfreundlich ich brauchte lediglich eine H4 Glühlampe und bat diese zu wechsen, nach einiger Zeit kam ein alter Mann reichte mir eine Glühlampe und sagte kannst es ja mal probieren ob du die Lampe selber tauschen kannst. Wenn es wenigstens eine H4 gewesen wäre aber es war eine H7. Ich tauschte dann doch noch die Lampe selber.
So viel zur Fachkompetenz und Freundlichkeit dieser Firma.

Hatte vor längerer zeit einen termin zum pickerlmachen.
Als ich dann zum angegebenen zeitpunkt dort war wurde mir gesagt das kein mechaniker da ist der das machn kann. Für was macht man einen termin?
