Perfekte "offene" Werkstatt.
Pickerlüberprüfung mit Service und Inspektion laut VW-Vorgabe. Inkl. Eintrag in das digitale Vw Servicebuch.
Alle Flüssigkeiten (nach Nachfrage!!) auf maximal gefüllt.
Sämtliche Schaniere und Schlösser am gesamten Fahrzeug geölt und geprüft.
Und das zu einem sehr korrekten Preis. Kunde bleibt erhalten. Weiter so.

Beste Werkstatt in der Umgebung alles immer tip top in Ordnung

Eine Absolute Zumutung. Der Inbegriff von Schlechter oder besser gesagt Keiner Leistung.
Aber nun zum geschehenen:
Mein Wagen wurde wegen einer Reparatur von einzelnen Steinschlägen an der Windschutzscheibe in die besagte Werkstatt gebracht. Soweit alles gut und auch die Details wurden besprochen.
Am nächsten Tag war ich zur Abholung dort hin unterwegs. Beim Eintreten in die Werkstatt kam "Sehr schlechte Nachricht".
Beim einfahren in die Werkstatt sei einer der Steinschläge gerissen.
In den 3 Monaten davor (das Auto wurde auf Hebebühnen bewegt, die Reifen gewechselt etc.) ist nichts weiter passiert.
Naja. War wohl einfach nur Pech...
Aber das beste kam noch.

Nach schriftlicher Anfrage kam wieder:
